The Dramaturg in your corner
Stephen Morgan-MacKay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of South Florida (2001) and a Master of Fine Arts from Stony Brook University in New York (2006).
His career has taken him through the roles of Casting Director, Literary Manager, Dramaturg, and resident Fight Director — giving him a rare, 360° view of how stories move from page to stage and screen.
His previous venues include the award-winning San Diego Repertory Theatre, Staller Center for the Arts, Tampere Teatteri, Poriin Teatteri, and the Komedia Teatteri of Tampere.
For the past twenty years, Stephen has consulted, directed, produced, and written over a thousand screenplays, television scripts, and stage plays helping writers sharpen their craft, strengthen their narratives, and prepare their work for the industry.
